STORE POLICY

Customer Care

I do my very best to create each and every item I make and sent out to be of the upmost quality. This is not a big-box store. Every item is carefully designed and made of quality materials from trusted suppliers and manufacturers. I pride myself in superb customer service and normally respond to messages within a few hours at most.

If you have a problem or any questions or concerns regarding your order or a shop item, please feel free to reach out to me either through email or Facebook Messager (preferred) and I will be happy to assist. Products are durable and made to last and I am not responsible for any damages outside of normal use. 

Privacy & Safety

All payments whether debit/credit or Paypal are handled by the website's third party billing. I do not have access to any private information including but not limited to credit and debit card numbers, login information, passwords, or billing addresses. Shipping will be processed using either USPS or UPS services.

 

This is a retail only site and items purchased are ready to ship (RTS). If you are interested in a custom order please visit my Facebook Group MagicallyyMe and send me a message via Facebook Messager. 

SHOP POLICIES

All sales are FINAL and refunds, returns or exchanges are not permitted. Orders must be paid for in full in order for orders to be confirmed and fulfilled.

Once an order leaves my shop and is in the hands of the carrier (either UPS or USPS), I can no longer be held responsible for any delays, damages, or lost/stolen items. Turn around time (TAT) is 3-7 business days (Mon-Sat) after order is placed for it to be mailed. From there estimated arrival is 3-5 business days depending on the carrier. Please reach out to me if you have any questions regarding this timeline.

Additionally, all items shown depict each product as accurately as possible. It is the buyer's responsibility to read all product details including but not limited to coloring, size, amount ordered, number of pockets, etc (see Bag Specs page for additional product information). Please note coloring may vary slightly in person than on screen due coloring variation among various screen and devices.
